This Online Express Entry Application Intake Introduced in 2015, Canada’s Express Entry system organizes immigration applications for three federal immigration programs: Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Federal Skilled Trades (FST), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). To be considered for these programs, a candidate first submits an Express Entry profile to the pool of candidates. All Express Entry profiles are ranked against one another through the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) which assigns each candidate a CRS score out of 1200 points.
Approximately every two weeks, the Canadian government conducts an Express Entry draw. Each draw has a CRS cut-off score, which represents the CRS score of the lowest-ranking candidate to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. Once a candidate receives an ITA, they are given 60 days to complete and submit an official electronic Application for Permanent Residence (eAPR).

How can you increase your points in express entry Canada?
There are various factors that affect the CRS points. So, if we try to get better at these factors, you can get better scores in the ranking system.
Let us check how the CRS points can be increased.
A. JOB OFFER:
It is considered as a plus point if you already have a job offer in hand before leaving for Canada.
The CRS points get considerably increased if you have a job from a Canadian employer before you apply for the test.
Hence, try getting an offer letter before applying for Express Entry Pool.
This can be done by consulting job portals or being in constant vigilance for job postings in Canadian companies.
B. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
the main languages accepted by Canadian immigration are English and French.
The Federal Skilled Worker program accepts CLB 7 proficiency level. If you want to increase your CRS considerably, you can try cracking other levels as well to let the authorities know that you are far more proficient than the basic level.
This would fetch you more points rather than merely passing the required test of language.
C. ADDITIONAL LINGUISTIC SKILLS:
If you are proficient in just English, try to get better at French too.
This skill will fetch you additional points in the Express Entry Pool. This can be achieved by taking up a course of French and submitting the relevant certificate to the authorities.
D. SPOUSE FACTOR:
If you think that your partner has a better chance at scoring a good score than you, then make him/her as your primary applicant.
When will the next Express Entry draw take place?
There is no public schedule of future Express Entry draws, and so it is not possible to know for certain exactly when the next Express Entry draw will take place. However, IRCC has historically tended to conduct Express Entry draws about every two weeks, and often these draws take place on Wednesdays. However, Express Entry draws can, and do, take place on other days of the week, and sometimes there is a longer or shorter gap between one Express Entry draw and the subsequent, or previous, draw.
