Latest PNP Draw update January 2020

• Jan 17, 2020: Manitoba has invited 249 candidates, including 22 Express Entry candidates, to apply to the MPNP under three MPNP streams. You must have blood relative/Friend in Manitoba to be eligible this Program also candidate must be having an valid Express Entry profile number.

• Jan 16: British Columbia invited 70 tech candidates, including Express Entry candidates, to apply for provincial nomination under the BC PNP Tech Pilot.

• Jan 16: Ontario has introduced a small set of proposed changes to the In-Demand Skills, Foreign Workers with a Job Offer, and International Students streams. The changes have not yet been adopted.

• Jan 15: Ontario has invited 954 Express Entry candidates with experience in one of six tech occupations. This draw is a part of Ontario’s Tech Pilot.

• Jan 14: Alberta announced that as of Jan 6, approximately 2,175 applications await assessment for AINP eligibility, of which more than 1,725 are in line for the Opportunity Stream.

• Jan 13: Saskatchewan has invited 234 candidates through the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand streams.

• Jan 9: Saskatchewan has invited 308 candidates through the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand streams.

• Jan 9: Ontario has issued 242 invitations to Express Entry candidates through the French-Speaking Skilled Workers stream. Invitations will be sent to candidates’ IRCC accounts.

• Jan 9: Quebec announced the results of the two latest rounds of invitations issued through the Quebec Skilled Worker selection system, Arrima. The most recent draw took place on Dec 12 and 17 and issued 305 invitations.

• Jan 7: British Columbia invited 173 candidates, including Express Entry candidates, to apply for provincial nomination under the BC PNP.

• Jan 2: Manitoba has invited 186 candidates, including 24 Express Entry candidates, to apply to the MPNP under three MPNP streams.
