Saskatchewan Issues 682 Canada Immigration Invitations In Largest 2022 PNP Draw

On July 6, 2022, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) International Skilled Worker Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw issued 682 invitations.

279 invitations were issued from the Express Entry Sub-category, with a minimum score of 73.

398 invitations were issued from the Occupation in-Demand category, with a minimum score of 73.

5 candidates were invited from country of residence as Ukraine with a score of 61.

Generally, SINP selections take place twice in a month. However, no SINP draw was held in June 2022. The previous draw by Saskatchewan PNP was on May 5, 2022.

These are the occupations included in the draw: 0621, 0631, 0632, 0711, 2171, 2234, 2263, 2281, 2282, 3212, 3214, 3217, 3219, 3237, 6211, 6221, 6312, 7302, 7305, 8241, 8252.

The minimum IELTS score requirement for SINP’s International Skilled Worker Program – Occupations in Demand, is much lower compared to the Express Entry. So this program could be a great option for you if you’ve been struggling with your IELTS score.

How many points needed to register with Saskatchewan PNP?

A minimum of 60 out of a total 110 points available must be scored to be able to register an EOI with the SINP for being considered for Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand. Factors assessed – education and training, skilled work experience, language ability, age, connection to Saskatchewan labour market, and adaptability.

Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand categories are for those who have education and work experience in an occupation in high demand in the Saskatchewan labour market. While the SINP’s Express Entry category is linked with the federal Express Entry system, the Occupations In-Demand category runs independently.
